Product Description
Belinda is a lesser-known Cuban brand that nonetheless has a long history. First created in 1882, the brand enjoyed some popularity in the early 20th century before disappearing in the 1960’s. It was then re-introduced in the late 1980’s, but as an entirely machine-made brand sold primarily to the Eastern European market. Since 2005, only one Belinda vitola has been sold on the market – a Corona, which is packaged in a plastic tubo.
Tobacco for Belinda cigars comes from Vuelta Arriba, the region of choice for budget Cuban cigars. The Belinda Corona is distinctly mild, offering soft tobacco and herbal flavours.
