taking into account the Habana lovers opinions reflected in a survey undertaken by Havana House in 2008.
These Habanos are part of a unique edition of 1200 numbered boxes with 25 units each and marketed
by Havana House, exclusive distributor in Canada.

These Habanos have been made with tobacco leaves (filler, binder, and wrapper)

Commemorative Case of the X Edition of the Habano Festival

 

With 20 000 cases available, it comprises the most exclusive vitolas of Habanos brands
launched in the last editions of the Habanos Festival. Exclusively aimed at Las Casas del Habano & Habanos Specialists stores. During the Gala Night of the past Habano Festival,
held in February, 2008 and special case was gifted to attendants in occasion of
the commemoration of the X anniversary of the Habano Festivals.

This case was designed to have a selection of the most exclusive vitolas launched by Habanos s.a.
in the last 10 years, including new products as well. Due to the demand and the immediate
success of this initiative, it was decided to launch a replica of said case in order to be
commercialized exclusively at Las Casas del Habano & Habanos Specialists stores.

These Habanos are packaged in luxury black-lacquered, cabinet-shaped cases,
with a selection of 10 cigars listed as follows:

Partagas Salomones

This is a Cuban cigar with an interesting history!

The Partagas Salomones was discontinued before the Revolution and this cigar vitola has not been steadily produced in Cuba since the mid-70's. It was then produced by the Partagas Factory for the Cuban cigar brand Cifuentes and was called "Altezas Reales". It took almost 40 years for the Partagas brand to re-introduce this legendary cigar in 1996 for the commemoration of the 150th Anniversary of the Partagas Factory. There were 50 Salomones placed in each of the 150 Partagas Humidors made.

Since then, the Partagas Salomones have only been produced once, again in a limited, numbered Partagas Factory humidor.

This year, thanks to Habanos S.A., we can all try the Partagas Salomones without having to buy a special edition humidor. This hasn't even been possible for almost 40 years and we believe the event deserves a cigar to celebrate!  Being that the Perfecto is one of the hardest shapes to roll, and the dimensions of 7 1/4 x 54 only add to the skill required, production is very limited. We believe that only the Master Rollers in the Partagas Factory are producing these specific Salomones. The sealed boxes of 10 are beautiful to behold and impart an invigorating aroma once opened, guaranteed to age remarkably.
