A world-renowned brand, Arturo Fuente is a family company that has gone through four generations.
The Fuente family is the world's most famous cigar maker, their tobacco making roots go back to19th century Cuba. The founder, Arturo Fuente, migrated to Key West in 1906 where he rolled cigars for a living.
He then moved the family to Tampa where he started making the first cigars under the Fuente family name. The family eventually moved out of the United States when hand made cigars where not in their prime in Tampa any longer. Currently overseen by Carlos Fuente, Sr and Jr., the Fuente cigars are made in four factoriesat the Dominican Republic by 2,500 employees.
The care put into making these world-class cigars is meticulous and they are crafted with the utmost in care.Each cigar is hand made from special leaves that are grown in a private family reserve specifically for the Arturo Fuente line. The craftsmen cigar makers that roll the Arturo Fuente cigars must have years of experience and training before they can even touch them. There are no short cuts in making these quality cigars,they are completely hand made, in the same way Arturo Fuente made them 100 years ago.
